Junior Accountant

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily books of accounts & inventory
  •  Preparation of cash book, bank, journals & supplier invoice
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • Managing bank transaction activities
  • Preparation of Balance sheets and Profit & Loss accounts.
  • Month end activities, tax compliance, revenue reconciliations, Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Post expense accruals, and revenue accruals, initiate payments in bank etc...
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

This position requires reporting to the Sr. Manager of the client.

Experience/Skills Required

  •  Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Average verbal and written communication.
  •  Excellent presentation skills.
  •  B.COM having 0 to 2 yrs. experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  •  Willing to travel

Manager Accounting & Finance

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial statements (GST, Balance Sheet, P&L Statement, Funds flow statement) for corporate report.
  • Responsible for entire Finance & Accounts.
  • Responsible for all aspects of General Ledger, Banking & Treasury, Statutory compliances, Statutory Audit, Tax Returns, etc.,
  • Implementing financial procedures, maintenance & Finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
  •  Preparation of Balance sheets and Profit & Loss accounts.
  • Good Knowledge in MIS.
  • Prepares budgets by establishing schedules and consolidating financial data
  • Maintains all expense accounts and keeps account of all invoice/expense reports
  •  Controls payroll and employee pay structure adjustments or revisions
  • Expertise in TALLYERP 9 for the all the modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger and Inventory Modules
  • Expertise in preparing of weekly Bank, Cash positions and Cash Budget statement
  • Expertise in Audit preparation of yearly financials in audit format and submitting to auditors for auditing
  • Strong in interaction with Auditors for Finalization of Accounts Experienced
  • Monitoring procedures, schedules, priorities, planning & programs for achieving objectives and goals
  • Review internal control systems to determine their adequacy in accordance with management policies and procedures
  • Recruiting & performance evaluation of subordinates
  • Develops and provides training to subordinates.
  • Developing and maintaining client and staff relationships.

This position requires reporting to the CFO/CEO of the client. This position requires significant exposure to interact with senior management of the client.

 

Occasional Duties

  • Actively participating in the recruitment and hiring of subordinates.
  • Attending, presenting and/or participating in professional development education classes and training.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
